The BAA establishes a preference for U.S.-manufactured products in government projects. For BAA compliance, a product must be manufactured in the U.S., and the cost of its domestic components must exceed 65% (as of 2024) of the total cost of components in the end product. Bartco Lighting offers a wide range of lighting fixtures that comply with the domestic product and materials requirements of BAA. We can provide BAA compliance documentation as needed.

As part of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), BABA requires that federally funded infrastructure projects use American-made iron, steel, manufactured products and construction materials. Bartco Lighting’s products can be manufactured to comply with the product and materials requirements of BABA.
