We manufacture quality, specification grade, T5, T8, T6, T2 linear, fluorescent strip fixtures as well as select LED options.
Do you sell to the public?
We do not. We manufacture specification grade luminaires for the architectural community. We are represented throughout North America and the Middle-East by over 30 Rep Agencies.
What do I do if there is no Rep Agency in my area?
If we are not working with a Rep Agency in your area, please contact and work directly with the factory for pricing and Customer Service. As the demand in your area grows, to provide you with the best possible service, we will explore the region"s Rep Agency options.
What is IBEW?
It stands for International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. Our fixtures are manufactured and labeled by skilled IBEW tradesmen.
Where are you located?
Our corporate office and manufacturing facility are both located in Huntington Beach, California. We are represented throughout North America and the Middle East by over 30 Rep Agencies.
Where is your lighting manufactured?
Bartco Lighting is proud to be manufactured in our Huntington Beach, CA, USA facility. We build and ship our fixtures from our Southern California facility. At times we may import certain small components. Most of these items still comply with the Buy American provision of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
What is your standard lead time?
For non-dimming fixtures, our standard lead time is 10 business days. This is affected by many factors, including custom finishes, dimming, size of the order, and others. Consult factory for a more accurately estimated lead time.
What is the standard lead time for Quick Ship products?
Our standard lead time for Quick Ship products is between 3 and 5 business days. Always consult the factory for a more accurate estimated lead time.
Do your fixtures come with lamps?
Bartco Lighting is a fixture manufacturer, and we do not make lamps. We can supply lamps if requested and specifically quoted. However, they are sold separately.
What are your standard finishes?
We offer a variety of standard, powdercoat finishes, which may vary per product line. These include: White, Black, MS Silver, Platinum, Bronze, and Primer. Fluoroscape White and Stainless Steel are also standard finishes on our BT6™ specialty line. Satin Aluminum and Mill are also standard finishes on our fixtures with extruded aluminum housings.
Can you do custom finishes?
As the manufacturer, we are able to produce a wide range of finishes. Some of the custom finishes we have previously done include Polished Chrome and Brass. Please consult the factory with any custom finish questions.
Do you manufacture any wet listed products?
Yes we do. We currently offer the T5 BC7368 I.P. 65 rated linear fluorescent fixture. Look for an entire line soon. The rest of our products are UL and ULC rated for damp and dry locations.
What is your standard freight allowance?
On orders over $5000, ground shipping in the Continental United States is included.
How far can you remote a T5 electronic ballast?
These distances vary my electronic ballast manufacturers. Please consult factory for a specific electronic ballast distances.
How far can you remote a T5 dimming ballast?
Only the Lutron dimmng ballasts can be remoted. They have a maximum distance of 6".
Are all dimming systems compatible with all dimming ballasts?
All dimming systems are not compatible with all dimming ballasts. Please consult the factory if you need help choosing the correct dimming ballast and Bartco dimming fixture for your specific dimming system.
